Non-precious metal ammonia catalyst

The nickel-based ammonia decomposition hydrogen production catalyst is a highly efficient catalyst with metallic nickel (7440-02-0) as the active component, which is loaded on carriers such as magnesium oxide/alumina. It catalyzes the decomposition of ammonia (2NH₃ → N₂ + 3H₂) at temperatures ranging from 500 to 850℃, featuring high activity, stability, and anti-coking properties. It is widely used in industrial hydrogen production and gas purification fields.
