Niobium pentoxide materials for biomedical uses

Niobium pentoxide is a white powdery inorganic compound with the chemical formula Nb2O5. It has a high melting point, high stability, and excellent dielectric properties. Insoluble in water and ordinary acids (except hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid), soluble in molten potassium bisulfate or alkali metal carbonates and hydroxides.
