Our Nano titanium carbide powder is cubic black ceramic powder with purity over 99%. Two particle grades are available: 30-60nm & 100-300nm, featuring adjustable specific surface area and loose density. It owns ultrahigh hardness, good thermal conductivity and chemical stability, widely used in thermal spray coating, cermet and conductive composite materials.
