1: High-temperature boron nitride (hexagonal crystal structure, resistant to high temperatures) is used to prepare high-temperature demolding agents, which are suitable for high-temperature molding processes such as metal casting and ceramic sintering.
2: Low-temperature boron nitride (with a cubic crystal structure and high hardness) is used as a grinding material for abrasive tools and is employed in the precision grinding of materials such as hard alloys and gemstones.
3:Hexagonal boron nitride (in layered structure, with thermal conductivity and insulation properties) is used as a heat dissipation pad for electronic devices, suitable for high heat density components such as CPUs and LEDs.
